How to import visitors in Lobbytrack

Lobbytrack allows you to import the data for your visitors if you want to add visitors in bulk. This feature will be really helpful if you have a list of frequent visitors and you want to make the sign in process easier for these visitors.

You can import the details for these visitors using a CSV file. Please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Login to lobbytrack.com and then click on "settings" at the top right.

  2. Click on the "visitors" tab in the blue navigation bar.

  3. Then click on "import".

  4. Once you click on the Import link, you will see a pop-up box. Click on the link that says, "click here to download the visitor import template."

  5. Open the import template that gets downloaded and then fill in or paste the visitor data in this import template.

  6. Save this file in CSV format.

  7. Once the import file is ready, go back to settings > visitors > import. Then click on the "browse" button.

  8. Search for the file in your computer and then click on "import".

  9. Once the import is completed, click on "done".
