Lobbytrack How To Guides

How to create a visit agreement or NDA in Lobbytrack

Many companies need to create a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that details visitors' acceptable behavior and information disclosure when visiting their facilities. Having visitors read and sign a visit agreement helps to ensure that visitors are aware of the expectations during and after their visit.

Lobbytrack is a visitor management system that allows you to create visit agreements that are displayed when the visitor arrives. The visitor can review the document then electronically sign it before they are allowed to sign in. An electronic copy will be kept on file for future reference.

The visit agreement can be personalized to automatically include visitor details such as their name and visit date.

  1. Click on "Settings" in the top right corner.
