All Jr. Fair 4-H Advisors, FFA Teachers or Scout Leaders must use the 2024 Hartford Fair Badge Portal to upload a headshot picture.

ID badges are used for gate entry and to receive cash premiums at the Hartford Fair.

All photos will be subject to review by the Hartford Fair, to view the picture guidelines please refer to the Hartford Fair Website:

Adult badges will be issued with approval of County Extension Offices, Schools or Scout Councils.
